Overview: Manages IT resource projects using Agile methods.

Responsibilities:

• Define and track project scope and milestones.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Translate requirements into user stories.
• Coordinate cross-functional project delivery.
• Monitor risks and performance metrics.

• Resource and risk management

Requirements:

• Education: BA/BS with 5+ years OR AA/AS with 7+ years.
• Certifications: IAT II.
• Experience: 5+ years Agile IT project management.
• Technical Screening:
• Agile and Scrum facilitation.
• IT resource scheduling tools.
• Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
