Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Analyst supports M365 quality assurance, governance validation, documentation, and reporting activities. This role ensures compliance with client standards and supports process oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate M365 and governance configuration settings.
- Support QA reviews, change validation, and compliance checks.
- Develop reports, metrics, dashboards, and documentation packages.
- Perform business process analysis, risk assessments, and performance evaluation.
- Support communication with operational and technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 additional years of directly related experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum 3 years of analysis or program support experience.
- Industry-recognized commercial certifications relevant to the role (e.g., Microsoft productivity/analysis certs, CompTIA Project+, or equivalent).
- Experience with performance measurement, data/process modeling, and process improvement techniques.
Desired Skills
- Experience supporting M365 governance environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
