Position Summary
The IT Technical Consultant provides senior-level implementation, troubleshooting, and operational support for M365 and Power Platform solutions. This role bridges architecture and engineering to ensure high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement M365 configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Build and support PowerApps and Power Automate workflows.
- Execute architecture-defined technical implementation tasks.
- Conduct troubleshooting, testing, and optimization of solutions.
- Develop PowerShell scripts and automation routines.
- Produce technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Minimum 8 years of technical IT experience.
- Industry-recognized commercial certifications relevant to the role (e.g., Microsoft 365 Administrator, Power Platform Functional Consultant, Azure Administrator).
- Experience delivering technical implementations and solutions in enterprise environments.
Desired Skills
- Hands-on experience configuring M365 services.
- Power Platform workflow and app development experience.
- SharePoint Online and Azure AD operations experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and scripting skills.
